We had a fantastic stay at Madero Aysen Aparthotel in Coyhaique. The room was spacious, cozy, and had a kitchenette for our convenience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although there were a few minor issues with the kitchen utensils and some misunderstanding with the payment process, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Coyhaique. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel right in the center of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel offers private parking, which was very convenient during my business trip. the mini kitchen in the room was also a bonus, giving me the option to prepare my own meals. the location was perfect, with easy access to key areas in the city.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as most of the staff did not speak English. There were also some issues with the disorganization of the staff, such as forgetting our two-day stay and calling us downstairs to check out.

The hotel offered great breakfast and off street parking for my car. The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. the bed was luxurious, and I had the best sleep.
The language barrier was huge. Most of the staff could not speak English, which made it hard for me to communicate.

This hotel is the perfect location for anyone wanting to explore the heart of the city. It is so close to town center which makes it very convenient for dining out and exploring the sights. the rooms are amazing with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. the staff is also very hospitable and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious. You'll love the great views and modern facilities that ensure a great stay.
Guests were sometimes disappointed with the lack of utensils in the kitchenette and the disorganized customer service.
